Abike Martins has 10+ years in business consulting with an emphasis on data analysis and technology integration. As a college graduate from the University of Michigan, she intimately understands the transformative power of higher education and has dedicated her career to expanding educational access. 

Drawing from her MBA in Data Project Management and ongoing doctoral research in Business Psychology, she bridges the gap between technological innovation and student success. Her dissertation explores how adaptive learning technologies can enhance college retention rates, particularly among traditionally underserved populations. 

Abike serves on multiple boards focused on college access, including Right Road, a nonprofit that hosts engaging college tours for our youth. Through these roles, she has helped develop mentorship programs that have supported over 500 first-generation students in their college journeys. She enjoys rating horror movies, packing suitcases, and creating colorful mocktails. Her current challenge is learning to scuba dive.
